Rigelgo technologies private limited may retain the right to reuse general code and components for other projects.

Liability: Rigelgo technologies private limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including loss of profits or data.
Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold Rigelgo technologies private limited harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s use of the software or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Service warranty : We provide a limited warranty for our software development services. If any defects are found in the delivered software within a specified warranty period, we will rectify the issues free of charge. Post-warranty, we may provide support services at an additional cost.
Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the services with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, the client will pay for the work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian judiciary. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cuttack, Odisha, INDIA.
Modification of Terms: Rigelgo technologies private limited reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
